New to Connected Families Chiropractic? Feel free to book yourself, or a family member in for an Initial Consultation using our online booking system below. If you have had care with us before, please give us a call on 09 421 1164 and we can help tailor a booking suitable to your needs.

We require 24 hours notice for cancelation or rescheduling of your appointment so that we can use your time to help someone else. If less than 24 hours notice is given there will be a $50 appointment fee.
